Detailed examination information: the examination consists of four parts. The first is a general test of 40 questions, followed by a specific test of 20 questions, a practical part with 2 samples (BW, FW, steel, Al alloy), and the preparation of an instruction sheet for one test piece. To successfully pass the examination, at least 70% must be achieved in each part of the qualification exam. The examining and certification body is DOM ZO 13.
Entry requirements for the examination: confirmation of training completion and valid vision test.
Price of successfully passed examination + stamps, certificate, and NDT personnel ID card: CZK 10,300 (incl. 21% VAT), invoiced after the examination based on results.
Output document: NDT personnel certificate at level VTdw2. It is possible to request approval for NDT personnel for pressure equipment according to PED 2014/68/EU (fee CZK 1,400 incl. 21% VAT).
