Application and organizational information for the course
Applications: Applications are accepted in written form only. They can be sent by email to vrablikova@svv.cz or by phone: +420 739 592 659, no later than 7 days before the event. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received by SVV Praha s.r.o., until the training capacity is fully filled. By signing the application form, the participant agrees, in accordance with GDPR regulations, to the processing of personal data for the purposes of training and its record-keeping. Personal data will be processed by authorized personnel of SVV Praha s.r.o. The participant confirms that they have read the document “Personal Data Protection in SVV Praha”.
Payment for qualification courses can be made by invoice, which will be issued after the start of the course. Prices are stated including 21% VAT.
Payment for seminars must be made at least 7 days before the start of the seminar, or in cash on the day of the event, or based on an invoice (tax document) issued after the training. Our bank account number is 2015361/0300 with ČSOB, a.s., IBAN: CZ70 0300 0000 0000 0201 5361, BIC: CEKOCZPP. It is necessary to state the variable symbol, which is indicated in the detailed course information. Prices are stated including 21% VAT.
Catering and accommodation: Each participant arranges accommodation and meals individually. During the training, participants are provided with free coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
